About the game
You lead a small party of heroes across a bright pixel-art fantasy world, on foot and by boat. Most of the time you explore, climb, jump across gaps, solve dungeon puzzles and take turns in fights against monsters. Between battles you can fish, cook meals at camp and play a tabletop game called Wheels in towns.
Up to three of you can play the whole story together on one system, and allies can join or leave at any moment. In fights you press a button at the right moment to hit harder, and the Co-op Timed Hits system turns that into a team effort. Enemies guard their spells with locks, so you work out which damage types break them.
The story carries the game, and the pace stays easy, with plenty of quiet stretches for talking. Co-op arrived in a free update in 2024, and three difficulty presets let you set how hard fights feel.
