    About the game

You play Sam in a first-person shooter set in near-future Egypt, where an army of beasts and mercenaries has invaded Earth. Dozens of enemies rush at you at once. There is no cover to hide behind and you carry every weapon at the same time, so you hold the trigger and switch guns as you go.

Co-op covers the twelve levels of the campaign. Up to 16 players can join online, and up to four can share one screen, split into a view for each player. Enemies scale with the size of the group and you respawn when you die, so the campaign is more forgiving with friends than alone. Survival is a separate wave mode, played alone or as online teams that also fight each other.

It is loud and simple, and the fun is in the mess of a big group shooting at once. It can wear thin in long sittings, so short sessions suit it.
