About the game
You play Bravo Squad in the first days of the Locust invasion, fighting through the city of Kalona. Most of the time you take cover and shoot monsters that rise from underground. The campaign runs about 14 hours, with side streets to search for collectibles and some side missions.
Up to four people can play the campaign online. Two can share one screen on Xbox Series X|S, but PC has no split screen. Horde Siege is a separate co-op mode. Squads of four pick classes such as medic or marksman and work through missions beside two other squads, up to twelve players in all. PC and Xbox players can play together.
It suits a group that likes cover shooting and a dark, tense tone. On Xbox, online play needs a Game Pass tier with online multiplayer.
