About the game
You start a cult in an open county. You recruit locals and even enemies, then build a compound where your followers live, farm and defend the place. Any follower can be put to work, sent on a mission or played by you. You write the cult's beliefs as you go, and those choices change how followers and outsiders react. Police and militias push back, and characters who die mostly stay dead.
Up to four people play online, and one of you hosts the session. Everyone else joins as an equal member of the cult who can build, fight, set beliefs and take over followers. You can split up, with one of you strengthening the base while another goes out for supplies. At launch the host runs the world from their own save, and dedicated servers are planned for later.
The tone is dark comedy. It is planned for March 2027, so this describes the announced design.
