About the game
You leave Vault 76 and step into a ruined West Virginia, twenty-five years after the bombs fell. Most of the time you scavenge for supplies, follow quests, hunt strange creatures and set up a camp wherever you like. You can play alone, but other survivors share the world with you.
Friends can join your world and fast travel to you. A team holds up to four players. Teammates can pick each other up, earn experience when one of you makes a kill and pool supplies to build. You can stick together or each follow your own plan.
Voice chat fades with distance, so you hear nearby survivors as you wander, and teams get a private channel. It suits friends who like a slow open world of camps, loot and events.
