About the game
A witch queen has woken in 1930s Egypt, and you play one of four agents sent to stop her. Each agent has a magic amulet power and different starting weapons. You mostly shoot your way through ruins and caves full of mummies, minotaurs and giant scorpions. Between fights you look for hidden rooms, avoid traps and solve small puzzles to reach the treasure.
Up to four of you play online, and you can also go alone. The difficulty adjusts to the number of players, and a friend can join or leave in the middle of a level. A fallen player comes back at a nearby sarcophagus. Each player keeps what they pick up, so there is some friendly racing for treasure.
It is a light, campy game, and a narrator comments on almost everything you do. Reviewers find it easy, which suits a relaxed night with friends. There is no local co-op on one screen.

- Local co-op: Review of 2018-08-30 (Xbox One) says the game has no local co-op and calls that a missed chance.
- Puzzles and figuring out: Calls the puzzles pretty simple.
- Working in sync: Says a puzzle that one player can finish alone needs more players in co-op.
- Rivalry in the group: Says loot is not shared, so players hurry to grab treasure before their friends.
- Calm and coziness: Says the puzzles break up the action and improve the pacing.
- Unlocks and progress: Relics give skill points for new amulet techniques, and gems upgrade weapons.
- Laughter and chaos: Praises tongue-in-cheek humour and a narrator who comments on everything.
- Fear: Describes a light, campy mood with spooky tombs, not a scary one.
- Tension and danger: Says failing a puzzle three times locks that room until you replay the level. That is the main cost of a mistake it names.

Backs Tension and danger, Exploring, Puzzles and figuring out, Unlocks and progress, Planning ahead, Time to hang out, Getting better, Laughter and chaos.
- Tension and danger: Review of 2018-09-17 (PS4) calls the game too easy even when playing solo.
- Exploring: Hidden, puzzle and bonus rooms hold the best loot, and two collectibles per level open a treasure room.
- Puzzles and figuring out: The puzzles are simple and repeat across levels. They break up the fighting.
- Unlocks and progress: Money buys stronger weapons, runes add effects and characters unlock their powers over time.
- Planning ahead: Runes are lost when swapped and only some weapons have slots, which limits how you set up your guns.
- Time to hang out: Calls it a very solid game to play with friends, and the same review finds the game easy.
- Getting better: Describes floaty controls and uneven hit detection in a game that is otherwise easy.
- Laughter and chaos: Enjoys the over-the-top announcer.

Backs Kind of game, Tension and danger, Unlocks and progress, Laughter and chaos.
- Kind of game: PC review of 2018-09-26 compares it with Left 4 Dead as a co-op shooter, while saying it does not quite match it.
- Tension and danger: Fallen players return at a nearby sarcophagus instead of being revived, which the reviewer says takes some tension out of hard fights.
- Unlocks and progress: Better guns are found or bought with gold, and starting weapons differ between characters.
- Laughter and chaos: Calls the old-serial narration a highlight.
