About the game
You play a career criminal on six set heists, such as a bank vault robbery or an armored car hijacking. Most of the time you shoot, hold doors and finish objectives while the police send in stronger units, from street cops to SWAT teams with shields and tasers.
Up to four play online. Each heist has jobs that run at once, such as keeping a drill going while the others cover the approaches, and a downed friend must be revived in time. Computer partners can fill empty slots but help very little, so it works best with friends on voice chat. You can join a heist already under way, except in its last phase.
You earn reputation and unlock weapons and skills, which is why people come back to the same six jobs. It is tense and can be hard even on normal, so it suits a group that wants a serious shooter more than a casual night.
