About the game
You play Lara Croft or her partner Totec in a fixed overhead view, crossing jungle tombs and fighting off hordes of undead. Each level mixes twin-stick shooting with puzzle rooms, and you pick up new weapons and relics along the way. The campaign has 14 levels and takes about six to eight hours.
The game is built around two players. Lara has a grapple line that Totec can walk across. Totec throws spears into walls, and Lara uses them as footholds. His shield can also block arrows and works as a step. Most puzzles need both of you doing your part.
You also race each other for gems and kills, which adds some friendly rivalry. You can play on one device or online with a partner. The Switch version is local only, and the phone versions use two devices.
