About the game
Experiments gone wrong have filled Europe with clones called Zeds. You pick a class with its own weapons and perks, such as a medic who heals the group, and fight them on a map in waves. Each wave is nastier than the last. Heads and limbs fly off, and slow motion kicks in when someone pulls off a good shot. A boss waits at the end.
Up to six players team up online, and you can also play alone. Between waves there is a short pause to spend your cash on weapons, armor and ammo. Groups that last pick a spot to defend, share pickups and weld doors shut. Big Zeds soak up bullets and send everyone running, and on higher difficulties one mistake ends a run fast.
Your class levels up as you play, and new perks change how it works. Co-op is online only. It rewards a group that sticks together and talks.
