About the game
You plant a banner in a blocky voxel world and start a colony. Colonists take jobs like farming, mining and guarding, and you research your way from the Stone Age up to rails and gunpowder weapons. Every night monsters come for the colony, so you keep raising walls and keeping everyone fed.
One player hosts a world and friends join online. You can run one colony together, or each build your own and swap goods and research between them. Since update 0.18, two people can also play on one screen split in two.
The pace is slow and steady. A thin defence or an empty food store can set a colony back, so it rewards planning. It suits friends who like to build over many evenings, and it is still in early access.
