About the game
You lead the Third Street Saints, a gang trying to take over the city of Steelport from a rival criminal group called the Syndicate. Story missions are big shootouts and stunts. Between them you drive around, buy up shops and try side jobs, like throwing yourself into traffic for insurance cash or rampaging through the streets in a tank.
Two players can play the whole campaign online, and a friend can drop into your game at any time. Each of you keeps your own cash and progress. There is also a wave-survival mode for a quick fight.
Co-op mostly puts a second person in a city-sized playground. The shooting is easy, so there is room to chat and laugh at the daft moments. It suits two friends who want a loose night of mayhem more than a tight team game. It is rated for adults, with strong language and violence.
