About the game
You are a remote intern who treats patients by pressing one button in time with their heartbeat. Each level is a song of about two minutes with its own patient and story, and the rhythms get stranger as you go. You need a B grade to move on, and an A unlocks a harder night shift version.
For two players, you pick one or two players on the level screen before you start. Each of you takes a row, and cues tell you when to swap. You can share one keyboard or one controller, with each of you using your own side.
It is local only. The levels are hard and ask for good timing from both of you, so it suits a pair that likes to practise together.
