About the game
You are an explorer who was laid off and left on the far edge of space. You land on strange alien planets, scan plants and creatures, shoot goo and use a jetpack, grapple and whip to reach places that were out of reach before. New gear opens old areas, so you keep coming back to places you passed.
Up to two of you play, online with crossplay or on one split screen. You can also play the whole game alone. Together you can split up, with one of you gathering silicon while the other lassos a creature, or you can combine your gear on one enemy. You can kick your partner, lay goo traps for them and pick them up again after a fall.
The jokes about corporate life are loud and silly. The default mode is light on challenge, so it suits a pair who like exploring more than fighting.
