    About the game

You walk through test rooms in a crumbling science lab, watched by a sarcastic computer. Your gun opens two linked doorways on some walls, floors and ceilings. Walk into one and you come out of the other. Every room is a puzzle about where to put them, with cubes, lasers and gels. There is almost no fighting.

Co-op is its own campaign for exactly two players. You play two small robots, and each of you has a portal gun, so four doorways are open at once. The rooms are built so neither of you can finish alone. You can ping a spot to show your partner where to look. Play on one split screen or online.

You will think out loud the whole way, and the jokes keep coming. Valve made the co-op puzzles harder than the solo ones, because two people talking find the answer faster. It suits pairs who would rather solve puzzles than fight.
