About the game
You defend a fortress from marching orcs, trolls and other monsters. Before a wave arrives you place traps and barricades and pick your weapons. Then the wave starts and you fight beside your traps, firing weapons or casting spells, and you win by stopping everything before it reaches the exit.
Two players can play online, and every level can be played with a friend. The two heroes are the War Mage and the Sorceress. Each of you gets only six traps and less money than a solo player, so you split the entrances and help each other when one starts to leak. Your friend must own the game too, and cannot join a campaign game that has already started.
It suits a pair who like planning traps together and laughing when a combo sends a crowd flying. The game is easier with a partner, and it also plays alone.
