About the game
You play Mayday and Zuke, two rock musicians who take on the EDM company that runs Vinyl City. Between fights you walk around the city, fix machines and find stickers that boost your gear. Each big fight is against a boss from a different kind of music, and their attacks follow the beat of the song.
In co-op, each player controls one of the two heroes. Both fight at the same time on one shared screen, and your partner can revive you if you go down. Two players can join on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. On Nintendo Switch, a third person can play a helper character.
The camera mostly follows the first player, and reviewers say the second player can end up near the edge of the screen. The Steam version lists an improved multiplayer camera among its changes. It suits two players who enjoy the music and the humor and can put up with a rough camera.
