    About the game

You and other survivors start in streets and buildings full of slow zombies. There is almost no ammo, no crosshair and very little on-screen help, so you count your shots and check your own gun. Guns are rare, so you often fall back on melee weapons, and swinging them tires you out.

Up to eight of you play online. On objective maps the group works through a few jobs, like unlocking a padlock or pushing a car out of the way, and then escapes. On survival maps you hold zones against waves until you can be extracted. A bite infects you, and then you choose whether to warn the team or stay quiet.

Voice chat fades with distance, so staying close helps. The game is free and hard, and it suits a group that likes to play slowly and share what little it finds.
