About the game
You drive heavy trucks through mud, rivers and thick forest on big open maps. Many jobs mean hauling logs to a lumber mill. Each map starts mostly hidden, and you uncover more of it by reaching watch points. The ground gives way under the wheels, so one wrong line leaves you stuck.
Up to four play together online on the same maps as solo play, and multiplayer saves let you pick up where you stopped. You can switch into a friend's truck to fuel or repair it, or winch each other out of a river. Very heavy loads on steep ground are easier with all four trucks working together.
It is slow and careful, with quiet stretches between tense crossings, so there is time to talk. It suits friends who like solving a problem together more than racing.

Backs Online co-op, Most players online, About, Sessions, Kind of game.
- Online co-op: Key features list Online Co-op, and the text lets you go solo or join up to three others in co-op multiplayer.
- Most players online: The text says solo play or co-op multiplayer for up to 4 players.
- About: The text is about driving all-terrain vehicles and completing objectives and deliveries.
- Sessions: User tags include Open World and Sandbox, and the text calls the maps sandbox environments. This is a judgment call, since a map can be finished and a Switch review puts the included maps at about 20 hours.
- Kind of game: User tags include Co-op and Online Co-Op, and the jobs are shared objectives and deliveries.

Backs Friends can join mid-game, Kind of game, Working in sync, Tension and danger, Physical comedy, Getting better, Planning ahead, Exploring, Calm and coziness.
- Friends can join mid-game: Shacknews review of 2017-11-02 on PC says teammates can drop in and out on the fly. No maker statement was found, and the review is from launch week.
- Kind of game: The review says up to three friends join you to tackle the maps, on the same setup and maps as single player.
- Working in sync: The review says four players are almost required for extremely heavy loads or steep grades, and you can warp into a friend's truck to fuel or repair it.
- Tension and danger: The review calls getting an oversized load up a mountain path stress-inducing, with thin margins for error.
- Physical comedy: The review mentions overturning a loaded truck and spilling the logs. This is a risk of the driving, not a running joke.
- Getting better: The review covers gear choice, winching and crane use, plus a hardcore mode it compares to a Dark Souls level of challenge.
- Planning ahead: The review says hardcore mode burns more fuel and needs logs handled by hand, and trucks are fitted for the job at garages.
- Exploring: The review says maps start in fog of war and watch posts reveal more of them.
- Calm and coziness: The review calls the mood bleak and wearying even without enemies, which keeps calm at 2 and not 3.

Backs Exploring, Puzzles and figuring out, Unlocks and progress, Planning ahead, Getting better, Calm and coziness.
- Exploring: Gamespace review of 2017-11-09 says exploration is the true meat of the game, and most time goes on looking for ways through impassable terrain.
- Puzzles and figuring out: The same review has you working out a way through terrain that looks impassable.
- Unlocks and progress: Delivering logs earns progression points that unlock new maps and vehicles.
- Planning ahead: Each map and vehicle has a balance rating, and the combined rating of your vehicles must stay under the map's.
- Getting better: A tutorial teaches differential lock, all-wheel drive and the winch, and the review calls the free camera clumsy.
- Calm and coziness: The review says the pace is much slower than most driving games.

Backs Laughter and chaos, Time to hang out, Calm and coziness.
- Laughter and chaos: KeenGamer review of 2017-11-21 on PS4 says the world comes alive when friends yell that you are messing up.
- Time to hang out: The same review describes a friends-only lobby with up to 3 friends and friends yelling at each other during play.
- Calm and coziness: The review says the game slows the action down to focus on driving heavy trucks.

Backs Working in sync, Time to hang out, Puzzles and figuring out, Laughter and chaos.
- Working in sync: Review of the Switch edition, 2019-01-02, says friends can work in tandem and complement each other's tasks, such as a repair truck fixing a damaged one.
- Time to hang out: The review says a friend or two makes the game a lot better, and mentions honking at a passing friend.
- Puzzles and figuring out: The review says hard to reach mills call for problem-solving and awareness of the map and vehicle.
- Laughter and chaos: The review mentions honking the horn at a passing friend. Funny moments are small, so chaos stays at 1.
