About the game
You carry a lamp that lets you cross between the living world and Umbral, the realm of the dead. Each realm has its own paths, treasures and creatures. You explore a damaged kingdom and fight enemies with melee weapons, ranged attacks or spells. Large bosses test how well you read attacks and choose when to strike, dodge or counter.
Two of you can play online through the campaign. In the announced shared campaign mode, both players save their main story progress. You can also join a casual session to help another player. The planned combat puts learning attacks and trying different builds at the centre, while the expanded Umbral realm adds horror and uncertain threats. The full game is planned for 2027, so these details describe its announced design.
