About the game
You play villains in a DC story. The Joker and Harley Quinn are on your side, and you also make a villain of your own. Levels mix punching, jumping, building and puzzles that need the right character power. Between missions you roam one big map that runs from Gotham to Metropolis, looking for secrets and extra characters.
A second player can join at any time on the same screen. The screen splits so each of you has a view, and most vehicles have room for both of you. There is no online play. Player two does not see their own villain in the cutscenes.
It is easy and forgiving, with no real penalty for failing, so it suits a parent and child or a pair who like collecting. Well over 150 characters unlock over time. One review says the split screen can make the action hard to follow.
