    About the game

You play as Tessa or Marcus, a couple leaving Oregon to start life in another state. Their move takes them through Scratch Creek, where an ordinary trip becomes dangerous. You drive, search unfamiliar places and follow events from two viewpoints. Moving furniture and carrying boxes give you practical jobs to share before the story turns toward hiding and escape.

You need two players online. You can bring a friend or use the game’s matchmaking to find a partner. Some scenes put you together, while others separate the characters and show each player something different. You can send messages through the characters’ phones. The game suits a pair who want to follow a short horror story together and compare what happened on each side.
